Personal trainer Melina Nasab started the movement with the KANGABOOTS™️ to encourage people to try something DIFFERENT that makes fitness FUN. The #MelinaMethod is all about encouraging people to be confident no matter where they are or what they’re doing, as long as they’re doing what makes them truly happy.

With or without physical limitations, the KANGABOOTS™️ are an immediate fan favorite as the inner child takes over and distracts them from the thought of doing cardio! The KANGABOOTS™️ are incredibly safe, and are encouraged to wear pretty much anywhere - at home, out on the sidewalk, shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, even the CLERB (you read that right).

While wearing the boots, it is near impossible to lose your balance as your body naturally finds its equilibrium. Bouncers from age 10 to 70 have fallen in love with the boots within seconds of putting them on. Why?
